  2. Mandukasana (Frog Pose)

  4. Pavanmuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose)
  5. Shalabhasana (Gross Hopper Pose)
  6. Shaskasana (Hare Pose)

  7. Simhasan (Loin Pose)
  8. Uttanapadasana
The name comes from the Sanskrit words uttana meaning "intense stretch" or "straight" or "stretched" and pada meaning "leg" or "foot", and asana meaning "posture" or "seat".
